Here is an example of a DIY score card. Up to 9 people you need up to letter “I”. Up to 20 poeple you need up to letter “T”. You may have up to four tasting rounds where wines need to be force ranked.

The top portion of your card is for rating each wine. 1 being TERRIBLE and 10 being THE BEST EVER!
The next section is where you force rank the wines in that round. Rank the wines 1,2, and 3 with 1 being your favourite. Pro tip: Not all wines in the round may be ranked.
The bottom section is to see if your guests can guess which wine they brought.
